Jamal Belmadi Lekhwiya football-team coach, expressed his dissatisfaction of the loss which he had received from Al Sadd Club, said: “The penalty kick and the red card for Baba Malik Lekhwiya goalkeeper, has affected the team, especially since the game against a strong team, and I am satisfied with the performance of my players."

Belmadi confirmed that the loss will not affect the career of Lekhwiya in the AFC Champions League.  The coach declined to comment on the referee's decision and said that he respects the laws, and speaks only in technical issue.
