Khalid Muftah Lekhwiya football-team left-back, said the victory over Sepahan was the result of a fierce determination among the players, especially as Sepahan play for a draw and was painted on it through the times of the game but we played strongly and defended our chances to reach the three points.
He said that the will power was behind the win. Meanwhile, Adel Lamy midfielder of the team pointed out that the rival was strong and inexperience, but we managed to win it. Lamy said that Lekhwiya was lost in the final minutes of games in the AFC Champions League, but this time we have succeeded in winning in the final minutes.
